This receipt is scientifically correct. Robust scientific evidence supports the role of reduced sleep as contributing to the current obesity epidemic. This supplement aims to improve the quality of sleep and simultaneously to increase metabolism to burn fat during sleep. Theoretically, this should work. So, I gave it a try. As a sleep aid, it worked very well as it contains melatonin. Two capsules gave me a nice overnight sleep. For fat burning, after three weeks, I lost two pounds. But I want to point out that any weight management must be accompanied with a controlled diet. For breakfast I typically drink 400ml water blended with 1 scoop of whey protein powder and mixed berries. For lunch, I usually eat a sandwich or sometimes a typical lunch in a cafeteria at my workplace. I eat a typical dinner such as a hamburger. Overall, I finish my lunch and dinner within eight hours. It is a kind of modified 16/8 intermittent fasting method where I add a cup of whey protein drink for breakfast. I also do lifting exercises three times a week, and occasionally run on a treadmill. However, one thing that does bother me is I sometimes snack after dinner. This supplement curbed my appetite nicely. No more snacks at night. From my experience, I highly recommend this supplement and I will continue to buy it.

I am excited to try this product, because it appeals to me to sleep better and lose weight, no brainer! I am suffer from inefficient sleep and my metabolism moves very slow, I have a goal of losing 10lbs and the first three nights I tried, I found it really helps my sleep, for the first time, I strike out 8 hours sleep, which made me happy, I normally get 5-6 hours sleep and this is a big deal for me 😂 I also find I am not as hungry at night, I used to snack a little ( could not help it, I can’t go to sleep feel hungry 😅 I have been feeling lighter when I wake up, and more energy… weight wise, I haven’t had it long enough to find out exactly how many lbs I lost, but I just feel really good about the fact that I sleep better and much less craving for food, instead I feel more energetic after waking up and lighter… good product, definitely want to continue, oh, reminder to drink more water, I feel a glass water helps me 😄👍
